From Me To You
Frequently Asked Questions
How involved are you on the wedding day?
Will we have to do a lot of posed shots?
How long before we get our films?
What Makes Creation Films Different?
How much does this cost?
Here’s How We Do This:
Three steps — No complicated process, just a clear path from the first hello to a film you’ll treasure forever.
01We Talk.
We get on a call, and I actually listen. Your story, your vibe, what matters to you most.
You’ll then pick services that make your vision come to life. Based on those services a down payment and signed contract lock in your date.
02I Show Up.
On your day I'm not just behind the lens — I'm in the room with you. Locked in, relaxed, and completely focused on the two of you. Your wedding day is a highlight of your love and should be celebrated as such. I want you to be present and care free. The most magical moments are the ones you don’t even realize are happening. Enjoy your day and leave the storytelling to me.
03Relive It.
When your film is delivered, it won't just look like your wedding. It'll feel like the two of you — raw, cinematic, and worth watching for the rest of your lives. It’s you. From your intimate vows to your loudest laughs, your story is the center of your film. Your love drives the intention and brings you back to the best day of your life.

While wedding videography prices vary based on coverage hours, cinematography is a different level of film production. The communication leading up to your wedding day, the wedding day experience, and post day production of your unique films weigh heavily in our pricing. New Jersey wedding cinematographers typically invest dozens of hours into working with couples to bring their vision to life. Filming and editing each wedding varies based on each couples needs. Our goal is to deliver a personalized, cinematic, story-driven film that is a true representation of your love story. That being said most couples invest upwards of $5000 with me.

Most couples book their wedding videographer 6–12 months in advance. My availability changes rather quickly, especially around popular dates like holidays. As your wedding cinematographer, I only accept a limited amount of clients each year, to ensure the highest quality of film production. For the better part of the past decade, I have been able to complete filming of a wedding day between 8–10 hours of coverage. That’s enough time to capture preparations, first look, ceremony, portraits, and reception highlights without feeling rushed. You may want to adjust that time for things like your rehearsal dinner if more speeches are involved, a multi-day event or weekend, and engagement sessions. The more time you invest into your memories the better your film will turn out.

Each film is handcrafted by yours truly to ensure quality and personality of your videos. Good art takes time. I use a tried, tested, and proven process to make sure that your films not only look stunning, but also feel like you. Preserving your love story is my top priority. That being said, you won’t wait forever to see some results. Trailers are often delivered within 2 weeks of your event. This gives you a tease or a sneak peak of how your films will look and feel. On average full films are delivered within 4 months of your event. This timeframe is subject to change based on your investment, and allows me to refine your film without rushing the process.

Music is carefully selected to match the emotion and feel of your story. As your trusted wedding cinematographer, I take special care in the selection process of the licensed music used in your films. Your input is always welcomed! Sharing thoughts on your project and coming to agreement is one of the many ways I work with you to create films that feel like yours.

Absolutely! I have developed a style that is very easy going and photographers love. We work as a team to bring your vision to life. One thing to consider is that similar styles of photo and video work better than opposing styles. If your photographer is considered to be “light and airy” you would also want a videographer who shoots in that style. At Creation Films in New Jersey, we love the “dark and moody” style which we believe drives emotion through film the best.
LEGEND BEHIND THE LENS
Hi!
I’m Kyle.
You deserve a film as real as your love. You're not here because you just want a wedding video. You're here because you've seen the difference — and you're not willing to settle for anything less than the real thing.
You've spent months planning every detail of your wedding day. The venue, the flowers, the dress, the food. You've thought about how it's all going to look — but my question to you is: Who's going to make sure you actually remember how it felt? That decision can be terrifying.
Most couples get their wedding film back and think, “It's beautiful — but it's missing something.” That something is you. The inside jokes, the nervous laughs, the moment your person looked at you like nobody else was in the room. All of these moments separate your wedding from a wedding.
"You've scrolled through film after film thinking — that's beautiful, but that's not us."
